Item Return Eligibility:
- Full-price items: Refund, exchange or store credit
- Sale items: Refund, exchange or store credit
- Outlet items (online only): Exchange or store credit only (marked at purchase)
Condition of Items:
- All returned items must be in their original, unwashed condition, with all labels and swing tags still attached.
- Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless faulty.
- If you receive a faulty item, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, offering remedies such as repairs, refunds, exchanges, or store credits.
How We Refund:
- Card payments: Refunded to the original card
- Gift cards: Credited back to the original gift card – keep your card/code safe
- ClubCredits: Returned to your Max account
- Max Rewards Vouchers: Not refundable or reinstated.
Return Limits:
- To keep things fair and sustainable, returns are limited to five items per month.
